Check-in and Check-out Procedures
- After booking, a Vacation Rental Agreement will be provided. All guests are required to sign the agreement within 72 hours of booking, and prior to occupying the property.
- Self check-in/check-out is available for this property.
Property Access
- Accessing this property requires stairs. From the most convenient parking or drop off points, a half a flight of stairs up or down is required. There is also a half a flight of stairs between the entrance and the elevator.
- The elevator nearest this unit is currently out of service. An alternate elevator is available on the west side of the building.
Policies and Rules
- No smoking allowed.
- Minimum age: 30 years.
- Children allowed.
- No events allowed.
- Pets are not permitted at this property.
- After booking, a Vacation Rental Agreement will be provided. All guests are required to sign the agreement within 72 hours of booking, and prior to occupying the property. Guests may be required to provide additional information about the group that will occupy the property and/or identification documents. Background checks may be performed, and in some areas are required by local law. Guests may be required to provide a credit card and/or a refundable security/damage deposit.
- Maximum occupancy: 8 guests.
Parking Information
- Spring/Summer/Fall 2024: On-site parking is not available for this complex. Off-site parking is available within a 5 minute walk, for $8/day.
- Construction will occur on the commercial lots and road leading to the building during Summer 2024, including demolition and reconstruction of the condo building's previous parking lot.
- During busy seasons, carpooling or not renting a car is recommended.
- If you arrive and the parking lot is full, you can pull up to the building to unload bags and then park off-site. Street parking is allowed along Ski Time Square Drive (limited to 2 hours).
- Two paid parking structures are within walking distance (approximately 5 minutes) at the intersection of Ski Time Square Drive and Mt. Werner Circle. During ski season 2023/2024, the rate was $50 per day; rates for 2024/2025 may be at or slightly above $50/day.
- Free parking may be available in other areas of town. Free buses and taxis provide transportation options to and from offsite parking.
Fees and Payments
- The standard cleaning fee is for final cleaning after the rental period ends. For stays longer than one week, a mid-stay cleaning fee equal to the final cleaning fee may apply for each additional week.
Utilities and Amenities Access
- Some amenities may not be available at all times due to maintenance, seasonality, or other factors. Please inquire before booking if you have questions about specific amenities.
- Air conditioning is not available. Fans are provided. Summer nights are typically cool. Check the amenities list and weather forecast for your dates of travel.

- Noise monitoring devices and security cameras are present on the exterior of the property, positioned to cover all entrances and exits.
